We are currently seeking a Casual Night Packer to join our team at Fresh Connection in Grenada, Wellington. The role will report to the Night Shift Supervisor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently pack products during night shifts according to the order packaging slip and set guidelines/standards. Minimise errors.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of all packed items, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Contribute to the cleanliness and organisation of the packing area by following cleaning schedules and maintaining tidiness throughout shifts.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing targets while upholding high levels of accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during night shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work on public holidays and weekends on short notice, between the hours of 18:00 hours to 02:00 (6 pm to 2 am).
- Finish time may vary depending on the service delivery schedule.
- Shifts may be rostered any day between Sunday to Friday.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in packing and sorting goods or products in cold warehouses will be advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive manual lifting and movement of products up to 25kgs
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
