**What will you be doing?**

The company’s reputation as a preferred supplier to New Zealand’s manufacturing sector is reliant to its ability to deliver the highest level of service, hence the customer service team is an integral part of the organisation.

As a Customer Service Representative your focus is on providing excellent customer service at all times to both external and internal customers. Specifically, you will use your problem solving and organisational skills to answer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotations and reports, monitor stock levels and keep customers abreast of the status of their orders. As you’ll be working with a wide variety of products, customers and industry sectors you will receive thorough and ongoing training in the company’s extensive product range.

**What are we looking for?**
- Relevant experience in a Customer Service or Sales Administrator / Support role.
- Experience in processing orders and monitoring inventory transactions, responding to customer needs and complaints without following a script.
- You’ll have a fantastic memory and a high attention to detail
- You can juggle and prioritise multiple tasks.
- You have great verbal and written communication skills.
- You’re recognised for your positive, friendly and customer centric personality, and engaging phone manner.
- You are proactive, enthusiastic, and assertive.
- You’ve used a range of different CSR systems (ideally JD Edwards) and are highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office products.
