**Role Overview**:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team, supporting our expansion into rural pest control through your financial expertise. You will partner with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and operational teams, to provide insightful financial analysis, strategic guidance, decision support, and establish robust financial controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, offering financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance
- Provide financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to achieve financial targets
- Support the budgeting and planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals
- Contribute to M&A activities, performing due diligence, financial valuations, and integration planning
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA qualified is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner, Financial Analyst, or similar role
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills
- Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Navision, Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth and profitability
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
