**The Role**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this key position will have direct involvement within the sales and operations areas of the business, building trust and rapport with Managers and adding value to aid decision making. The role will ensure the optimisation of financial outcomes and will have a focus on understanding the costs within the business, assisting with analysis of ROI and sales trends as well as offering hands-on support to ensure greater financial understanding. Dairyworks is a medium sized business and as such, you will need to be to hands on during month-end and prepared to get down into the detail, performing your own management accounting tasks as well as the higher-level business partnering work.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Providing financial and costing analysis for new opportunities and business cases for new products
- Monthly reporting and forecasting
- Supporting the budgeting process for Sales, Marketing and Innovation teams
- Continuously identifying opportunities to enhance business performance and process improvements
- Developing and producing strategy presentations

**The Person**:
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about getting out into the business to understand what drives revenue and profitability. You will be driven to “make life easier” for the teams you are supporting, and you will continuously identify opportunities as well as risks, ensuring they are managed appropriately. There is plenty of scope to make improvements, so a desire to continuously challenge and improve is fundamental.
