We process over 700 million litres of milk a year and we are proud of the wide range of consumer and foodservice products, and dairy ingredients that we produce. **About the role**: Based in our offices in Christchurch (Hornby) and reporting to our Head of Commercial Finance, this is a great Senior Finance Business Partner opportunity within Westland, providing dedicated support to our Sales, Marketing and Innovation teams. This role provides the link between the official numbers and the information people need to run their business units. In particular, this role will support and challenge the Sales, Marketing and Innovation teams and provide profitability analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting and preparing financial information to support enhanced strategic and operational decision-making. This role will also support better management of financial risk and governance activities and ensure transactional accuracy in conjunction with the wider Finance processing team. **Skills and Experience**: - Strong analytical skills and well-developed financial acumen - An appropriate tertiary qualification and CA qualification. - Proven experience working for a CA firm or in a similar finance position within a large organisation - Exceptional communication, relationship management and influencing skills together with a proactive and "can-do" approach - Strong attention to detail - A desire to add value through the provision of robust financial information, analysis and reporting - The ability to quickly assimilate how a large complex business works.
