We're looking for a commercially savvy Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Services team in Hornby for a Maternity Cover until the end of September 2026. In this role, you'll be the "face of finance" - translating numbers into meaningful insights that drive operational performance. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the business, providing financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting support, and strategic input to help shape decisions and improve outcomes. You'll report directly to the Operations Finance Manager and collaborate with teams across operations, finance, and commercial functions. This is a hands-on role where you'll influence financial control, asset utilisation, and process improvement, while also supporting governance and risk management. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping operational leaders understand their financial drivers and empowering them to make informed decisions. **A bit about you** You are a confident and commercially astute finance professional with a proven ability to influence and guide decision-making at senior levels.
