Now, we're looking for a
Finance Business Partner
to connect our Finance and Go-to-Market teams someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and insight into action.

This isn't your standard reporting gig. You'll be at the heart of how we drive growth, shape strategy, and make calls that count.

The role

You'll be the go-to commercial finance voice for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and a key partner to the Director of Product for Jade ThirdEye.

You'll:

  • Spot what matters
    in revenue, margin, and customer performance trends and say the quiet insights out loud.
  • Build slick, sensible models that support pricing, go-to-market plays, and investment decisions.
  • Challenge assumptions, back your calls with data, and influence outcomes across the business.
  • Connect activity to impact, showing how GTM decisions drive outcomes on the bottom line.
  • Shape strategy, not just support it.

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in business partnering, financial analysis, or revenue operations analysis (ideally in SaaS or tech).
  • Sharp modelling skills and tools to match — Excel and BI tools are second nature
  • Experience with CRM/planning tools (HubSpot, Adaptive Insights = bonus).
  • A relevant degree (Finance, Accounting, Commerce), CA/CPA qualification is a plus.
