We have exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our close-knit team in our Wellington office.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader you will:

- Provide customer service excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong Internal & external customer relationships.
- Add value - get involved in process improvements.
- Pro-actively inform and update customers.
- Complete administrative duties when required.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

We're seeking a someone who is passionate about people, with a positive attitude. Additionally, you will have:

- One year experience in a similar role
- Be passionate about helping people
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Positive vibes
- Solutions orientated
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce (preferred)
