**About the role**
The purpose of this role is to provide professional and efficient administrative support to the CEO and to provide support to the Board and the Leadership Team which supports the achievement of the ‘Auckland Rugby Way’s’ objectives.

This is a critical role in the organisation (and in the Leadership Team) to manage the CEO’s requirements and providing support to the wider organisation’s requirements. It is a dynamic and interesting role, whilst there are processes to follow, there is an enormous amount of diversity in the activities undertaken within the role. Juggling multiple priorities is a requirement.

Sometimes there are requirements to work either early morning or late night during the weekdays and across weekends to support key meetings and events throughout the year. This time requirement is offset with proactive workload and wellbeing management to ensure balance is achieved.

**About You**
- 3+ years EA or PA experience
- Be a forward thinker
- Be a go-getter. This is a great role to learn the business and advance multiple skills
- Strong command of the English language
- Strong attention to detail
- Scheduling Management
- Event Management experience
- Able to multitask
- Minute Taking experience
- Advanced MS Office Suite, Adobe, Broad Pro skills
- Understanding of PA/EA requirements
