**About the opportunity**
Following an internal promotion, we're looking for an **IT S**ystems Administrator **to join T&G's awesome Technology team based in Auckland (Ellerslie) who provide technical support to T&G's end-users in NZ and around the world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Schedule and perform system provisioning, software and hardware upgrades, patches, backups, and restores
- Deploy servers, firewalls, and security systems in conjunction with T&G's System and Field Engineers
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations
- Collaborate with the wider T&G Technology team to troubleshoot Level 2/3 issues
You'll enjoy being part of our supportive team of tech experts, with loads of opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills. T&G offers a flexible, hybrid work environment with a mix of work from home and onsite at our Global Hub in Ellerslie with free onsite parking and plenty of fresh fruit and great coffee
**About you**
- Previous experience in Systems Admin or Field Engineer style role
- ITIL certification
- Solid technical foundations across networking, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure
- Fantastic communication and people skills
- Technical problem solver
