Workforce System Administrator

Preferably 2 Years / Payroll / Workforce Systems Administration (software: UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central or other roster software)
- Highly competent in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Location: Greenlane Clinical Centre, Epsom
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday (80 hours per fortnight)
- 5 Weeks annual leave plus '3 My Days' to be taken between Christmas and New Year

**To be successful in this role you will**:
- support the Workforce team in the system administration of Mahi ē Taea (UKG Dimensions)
- work with external teams like Rostering, AskHR and Payroll teams, and support their administrative requests
- complete any reporting requirements as required by the team
- develop a working knowledge of interrelated systems such as payroll
- manage daily errors
- log and manage system issues, as advised by the BAU team, i.e. testing through to resolution

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
On the job training will be given for this role, however you will need at least 2 years of working within HR / Payroll with similar technologies.
You will be part of the HR Systems team whose responsibility is to provide administrative day-to-day work for UKG Dimensions (branded Mahi ē Taea) which is our rostering system, working closely with the Pay Rules Administrator and the Systems Specialist.
To ensure an easy transition into the role you will have the following experience:
- Good level of general technical expertise with an analytical mind and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Have sound testing and system process experience, while working through system issues to resolution
- Experience using UKG Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central and or, a similar rostering product
