We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and reliable operation of our on-Prem and Virtualized Infrastructure. You will actively ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and backup solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Perform data backup and recovery operations.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System/Network Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of systems, virtualization, network, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, RHCA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, or similar.
- Experience with virtualization, Server hardening, and cloud services (e.g., VMware, AWS, Azure).
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) are a plus.
