**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a **System Administrator **to join our award-winning **Industrial team **in our **Highbrook **office.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional to provide administrative and marketing support to a busy team of highly successful brokers. This is an administrative role and would suit someone who is tech savvy.

This role is a full time, **12 month fixed-term **opportunity.

**The value you'll add**
- Maintain internal property listing database
- Compile Executive Summaries, marketing proposals and presentations
- Order and finalise marketing and web advertising
- Prepare and maintain legal documentation for our industrial properties
- Maintain minutes, statistics and other tracking activities
- Support the wider team as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years’ experience preferably in marketing or administrative role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, would be an advantage
