**About the opportunity**:
**Role description**:
You will be responsible for managing system administration and data entry of the manufacturing resource planning system and assist with procurement activities. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that all systems are up to date and accurate. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and administer manufacturing data base entry and related activities
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure all systems are up to date and accurate to match production targets
- Oversee quality documentation processing and control
- Assist with procurement,
- Systems reporting and presentation of quality documentation to clients

**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:

- Experience with and MRP database system like Strumis, PowerFab, or similar software would be ideal
- Diploma or degree in supply chain management, CPIM, or acceptable workplace experience
- Computer skills and experience in data management and administration in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- General office administration skills in a manufacturing environment desirable
