We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support and diary management to the Group's Executive Director. The person in this role also provides administrative support to the Strategy Governance and Engagement Leadership team as time permits as well as operations support to the organisation.
We are a small team of 34 with broad shoulders, we would love to hear from you if you:
- Have experience supporting a senior executive and enjoy working in a corporate setting
- Can prioritise and reprioritise as your day develops, often working with change and ambiguity
- Are comfortable operating in an environment where confidentiality is imperative
- Have confidence interacting with senior managers in a proactive and engaging manner
- Are a true team player, in that you are happy to support other Managers when needed to enable success for the whole team
