About the Role:

  • You will deliver exceptional customer service, fostering member satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • You will support members via voice or digital channels, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans.
  • You will gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.
  • You will navigate our systems and tools to accurately record enquiry details and outcomes.
  • You will ensure our members maximise the value of their insurance products by efficiently resolving inquiries and processing policy changes.
  • You will practice continuous improvement, keeping up-to-date with your knowledge around changes in policy, product, and processes.

This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You will work from our Auckland-CBD based office with the role going hybrid (working from home for one to two days and the rest in the office) after training.
