**About the Role**

TOWER Insurance Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Claims Management Consultant to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, claims processes, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer service experience.

You will work closely with the Team Leader Claims to contribute to the success of TOWER Insurance Ltd. and facilitate superior business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinating and processing claims according to company policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role or contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations.
