About the Role
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Claims Examiner - Healthcare. As part of this role, you'll support members via voice or digital channels, managing their enquiries on healthcare treatment eligibility under their health insurance plans. You'll gather information, conduct research, and piece together a case to deliver a confident and clear decision.
