The Role

This position involves coordinating meaningful activities, encouraging client participation, assisting with daily house tasks, and supporting individuals to set and achieve their goals.

You will assist in gaining and maintaining social, health, education, whanau, and cultural reconnection, promoting overall well-being and life satisfaction.

Your days may vary, but will consist of engaging with clients, setting and achieving individual personal goals, encouraging client participation in day-to-day life, and supporting them with activities of daily living.

Key responsibilities include ensuring support with medication, considering client needs, supporting clients with personal hygiene, and motivating clients to know they have purpose.
