This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and support a team of mental health professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. As the Senior Mental Health Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple teams within the psychiatric service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members. A sound understanding of mental health principles and practices is essential, as well as experience in managing risk and ensuring patient safety.

You will work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary clinical team to provide specialist advice on matters related to privacy, releasing health information, and storage and disposal issues.
