**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at McAlpine Hussmann Limited. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with existing and new customers.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development, sales, and customer support. You will be proficient in MS Office and CRM software, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and drive sales growth through effective account management.
- You will work closely with our Regional Branch Managers to pursue and achieve specific sales and business development goals, and collaborate with our Marketing and Operations teams to develop strategic plans and data analysis for end-user customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, peer organisations, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and business development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans, data analysis, and marketing initiatives to meet sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new business prospects, and incorporate them into strategic action plans to grow the business and leverage synergies and opportunities within Hussmann and Panasonic.
- Present key findings of trends in the market to stakeholders effectively, showcasing long-term business direction and strategy.
