Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts within the Trade segment.
- Manage Professional End-User segment of Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports accounts in the region.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Hunt for new opportunities in Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports segments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles in Office & Industry, UVC, and Sports segments.
- Lighting experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred.
- Strategic thinker, hungry for sales, with focus on execution and a strong understanding of B2B End-user business in New Zealand.
- Excellent communication and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Results-driven, with the ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges.
