As an Inside Sales Specialist at Tradify, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations to help them understand how Tradify's software can improve their trade businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to reach new customers and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and present Tradify's software to trialists and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
Requirements:
