Job Description
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively closing new business deals through solution-based selling, targeting mid-market businesses with 50-500 seats. Your key focus areas include:
  • Prospecting through cold-calling, emailing, networking events, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Owning the entire sales cycle, with a focus on product demonstrations and closing deals
  • Mastery of evangelizing our clients' story and reaching/exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably selling solution/software products to the mid-market/commercial, enterprise, and/or government sectors
  • Drives, hunger, energy, and motivation to succeed in the tech sales industry
  • Tenacious hunger to win new business and close deals
  • Experience carrying a monthly sales quota and KPIs within commission compensation structure
  • Confidence, good questioning skills, and a great sense of humour
