Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our property managers with letting-related tasks for Auckland properties. Your primary responsibilities will include managing rental property listings, advertising, and marketing, coordinating property viewings and application processing, and providing excellent customer service to tenants, landlords, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage rental property listings, advertising, and marketing
  2. Coordinate property viewings and application processing
  3. Assist property managers with lease renewals and compliance documentation
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, landlords, and internal teams

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of office administration or customer service experience, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based systems, and possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships. A full NZ driver's license is also required.
