Circa $65k + bonus structure

About the role

Oversee all letting-related tasks for Auckland properties
Manage rental property listings, advertising, and marketing
Coordinate property viewings and application processing
Assist property managers with lease renewals and compliance documentation
Provide 5-star customer service to tenants, landlords, and internal teams

Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of office administration or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web-based systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment
A full NZ driver's license
