**About the Role**

The New Zealand Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) is seeking an experienced Operational Support Coordinator to join its Intelligence Directorate. In this role, you will provide critical support to the directorate's operations, ensuring seamless coordination and administration of various tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional support services to assigned units within the Intelligence Directorate;
  • Coordinating administrative tasks and projects to ensure timely completion;
  • Maintaining accurate records and data in accordance with organisational policies;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve efficiency;
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of administrative principles and practices;
  • Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people at all levels;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • The ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
