We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Growth Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in market-driven sales, preferably in education, security or healthcare. Your main goal will be to expand our client base, grow existing accounts and build lasting business relationships within the work-based learning sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective growth strategies, identify new markets and explore opportunities to increase our presence.
  • Identify new sales leads by prospecting potential clients and fostering relationships with existing customers.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry developments, competitor actions and market trends to make strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with prominent players in the Healthcare and Security industries.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in BDM and account management roles in New Zealand.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue and managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in sales within the Education, Healthcare or Security sectors.
  • A valid New Zealand driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the country as needed.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
