Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while also building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and/or SalesForce.
