We are seeking a Supportive Care Specialist to join our team at Meadowbank in Auckland. As a Supportive Care Specialist, you will work closely with residents and their families/whānau, providing compassionate support that nurtures both the individual and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support residents in engaging in activities that have meaning to them.
  • Encourage and empower residents using a strength-based approach.
  • Engage with residents in all aspects of their life, spanning from assistance with personal cares to arranging outings or supporting activities to enhance quality of life for the resident.
  • Build relationships with residents, families/whānau, and other team members to support an individualized approach to each resident's care plan.
