Counselling Support Specialist

The OpportunityAs a Lifeline Counsellor, you will work allocated shifts on a fortnightly basis to answer calls across our helplines and text message line. You must be able to do both day and evening shifts, including one weekend shift every two weeks.
All shifts are worked in the office in Epsom, with no remote work options available.
Your Skills and Experience- You will have a Social Services related degree (Counselling or Social work) and experience providing counselling support.
- Able to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Have a passion for supporting people when they are most distressed in a way that is empowering and effective.
- Can work 32 hours a week.
- Live in Auckland.
