About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Professional Administrator to join our team. As an executive support specialist, you will play a key role in achieving our goals by providing administrative assistance to senior leaders and supporting project delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior leaders and teams
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or government setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
