We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Professional Administrator to join our team at Ward 21 Acute Inpatient Services.

This role requires a high level of administrative expertise, including office management, secretarial duties, and time management.

You will work closely with our leadership team and clinical services to deliver high-quality care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and clinical services
  • Manage office operations, including reception, records, and correspondence
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and suppliers

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in an administration team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
