Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pa/Team Administrator to join our Insights Unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating a dynamic, future-focused, customer-centric insights unit.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Insights and two Managers;
  • Coordinating programme activities, including work programme reporting and resource allocation;
  • Developing strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in being a PA and Team Administrator or the ability to demonstrate transferable skills;
  • Competent user of Outlook, Microsoft office and other business systems;
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills;
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to quickly establish and build trust and credibility within the unit and with our customers and stakeholders;
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of initiative.
