Key Responsibilities
This role involves several key responsibilities, including:

  • Completing daily bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing and checking daily flash reports.
  • Preparing weekly combined flash reports.
  • Preparing weekly payroll reports.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliation.

Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have well-grounded accounts experience, particularly in accounts payable. Strong computer literacy, including Excel, and experience with large finance systems are essential. Highly organized individuals who can work under pressure and possess excellent administration skills, along with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are ideal candidates.
