The role involves covering all aspects of administration and coordination while reporting to the Office Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- External client communication via our job management system
- Process the life cycle of engineers' jobs via the job management system
- Assisting with quotations and remedial works
- Ordering parts
- Compiling job completion packs
- Scheduling of engineers' diary
You will be well supported by the team and trained on all of our processes and systems.
The role is based at our office in the city centre where you will have access to your own workspace and amenities.
