Job Description
We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative support to our staff
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Managing financial tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, PO, PAYE and reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
- Assisting with PA duties, including sales administrative support, arranging travel, couriers, emails and stationery
- Updating job cards, run sheets/books and boards
- Overseeing vehicle maintenance, including keeping records of WOF, Rego and servicing
- Assembling and assisting with proposals and ad-hoc projects/tasks
- Preparing and following up on internal reports
- Administering and improving internal systems and procurement processes
- Performing other general office duties, including administration support to staff as required and keeping the office clean and tidy
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in administration and accounts
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A clear Ministry of Justice (MOJ) history
- Experience with technical drawings (draft site/CAD) would be an advantage
- Horticulture or landscaping knowledge would be an advantage
- New Zealand citizenship or residency
