Job Description

We are seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our staff
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Managing financial tasks, including accounts receivable/payable, PO, PAYE and reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
  • Assisting with PA duties, including sales administrative support, arranging travel, couriers, emails and stationery
  • Updating job cards, run sheets/books and boards
  • Overseeing vehicle maintenance, including keeping records of WOF, Rego and servicing
  • Assembling and assisting with proposals and ad-hoc projects/tasks
  • Preparing and following up on internal reports
  • Administering and improving internal systems and procurement processes
  • Performing other general office duties, including administration support to staff as required and keeping the office clean and tidy

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in administration and accounts
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A clear Ministry of Justice (MOJ) history
  • Experience with technical drawings (draft site/CAD) would be an advantage
  • Horticulture or landscaping knowledge would be an advantage
  • New Zealand citizenship or residency
