In this challenging and rewarding position, you will oversee the daily coordination of our Resident Medical Officer (RMO) workforce. Your responsibilities will include rostering, leave management, recruitment advice, career guidance, run allocations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Your goal will be to ensure that RMOs are supported in their employment and training while maintaining seamless staffing for our services. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain rosters, manage run allocations, and provide expert advice on operational matters.
