We are seeking individuals who embody resilience, dedication, and a genuine passion for working with people. If you possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively in a team, we encourage you to apply.

The role requires flexibility, as you will work both in our Intensive Respite Service and our supported living service. You will provide temporary homes for young people in crisis, while also fostering their independence and self-confidence.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A full New Zealand driver's licence.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts on a 24/7 roster.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health issues is desirable but not essential.
