This is a full-time position (40 hours) on a rotating roster between 7 am - 5:30 pm. You will also be expected to attend monthly staff meetings. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating inspiring and beautiful environments that ignite wonder and curiosity in young learners.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills; writing, speaking, and listening.
  • Self-management skills; planning, organising, time management.
  • Takes initiative and able to problem solve.
  • A love for people, big and small, and calm, loving, respectful.
  • Team player who is flexible, reliable, and collaborative.
  • Basic knowledge of child development for over 2's.
  • Passionate about creating inspiring and beautiful environments; igniting wonder, curiosity, and stimulating learning experiences.
