Your Role

As a Senior Operations/Customer Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the Duty Managers, assisting with the running of the Facility
  • Help train new and casual employees, ensuring they receive high-quality support and guidance
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
