**Job Description:**

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, chase key stakeholders, and gather required documents to complete sales. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring successful completion of each transaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role.
  • Experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process is desirable.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.

**Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of £17,500 to £22,000 (dependent on experience), plus opportunities for quarterly bonuses and dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development. Our Move Manager Scheme rewards your hard work and dedication, with bonuses ranging from £250 to £750.
