Job Description

We're seeking an empathetic and experienced Counsellor to join our team, delivering confidential services to employees across work/life issues.

Main Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering focused interventions to help clients develop coping mechanisms
  • Visiting worksites to provide support after an event disruption
  • Delivering counselling services via in-person, video and telehealth
  • Delivering training to customer employees
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A current APC with NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB or NZCCATertiary level 7 Counselling or related qualification
  • Experience in psychological first aid, couples counselling and working with children and teenagers
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy models e.g. SFT, CBT, FACT
