About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the terminal's operations, ensuring that service levels meet customer requirements, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

As a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and coordination skills, working closely with various departments to achieve common goals. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating automotive activities, assuring personnel meets productivity goals, and prioritizing safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating automotive activities
  • Assuring personnel meets productivity goals
  • Prioritizing safety, productivity, and efficiency
  • Designating equipment availability to meet customer requirements
  • Assisting in upholding safety policies
  • Monitoring the handling of automotive freight

Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of the railroad industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven managerial skills
  • Ability to assist in conflict resolution and mediation
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and drug test
