Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Waikato King Country. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals with intellectual disabilities
  2. Build strong relationships with service users, families, and community groups
  3. Facilitate community activities and events that promote social inclusion and well-being
  4. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for individuals

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full NZ drivers' licence
