Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our licensed division. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with key customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Business Planning: Collaborate with the wider Suntory Oceania network to plan, execute and deliver business plans for your customers.
- Financial Management: Own demand and forecasting, and effectively manage demand review cycle and trade spend.
- Portfolio Management: Work with key customers to ensure product placement and pricing are correct.
- Commercial Terms: Negotiate new and existing terms to achieve favorable outcomes for Suntory Oceania.
- Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key customers to optimize business outcomes for both parties.
- Market Knowledge: Leverage local market knowledge and experience to execute business plans for win/win outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong licensed sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of the NZ retail or on premise market.
- A pioneering mindset; you will constantly strive to come up with innovative and new ideas.
- A customer-centric mindset; you will always be thinking of ways to add value to your customers.
- Proven experience building a new customer base and fostering existing relationships.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to drive favourable terms.
- Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of your customers and what drives them.
