Account and Business Growth Specialist

At Martian Logic, we are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team in Auckland. This role is a great opportunity for a sales-driven relationship builder to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, functions, or conference sales. They will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing strategic account plans, and identifying high-value business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 corporate clients
- Develop strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth
- Identify and close high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings
- Represent Martian Logic at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach
