**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our People and Capability team. As one of two P&C Advisors, you will provide trusted advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to managers and staff
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects, annual processes, and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR Management, or related field
  • Relevant work experience and/or equivalent knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
