Recruitment and Human Resources Specialist

As an Administrative HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the People team at Transpower. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support for recruitment and human resources, coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, and executing HR processes efficiently.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers and employees across the organisation, to address enquiries, facilitate processes, and uphold confidentiality and HR best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to operate effectively at pace with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for recruitment and human resources
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Support the execution of HR processes and services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address enquiries and facilitate processes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as psychology, law, sociology, or commerce
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in HR coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role
- Ability to operate effectively at pace with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to use and learn IT systems, such as Microsoft Office and SharePoint
