* Onboarding of staff, including adhering to HR processes and policies
* Coordinating pre-employment checks and vetting
* Supporting with advertising roles and booking candidates in for interviews
* Working in a fast-paced and high-volume team environment
* Building rapport and communicating with candidates and new starters
* Providing advice and support to hiring managers and support staff involved in the recruitment process

What We Are Looking For
You will be professional and energetic with proven experience in Human Resources or Recruitment roles. Experience managing onboarding and vetting of staff would be ideal. You will be able to hit the ground running and adept at balancing a varied and demanding workload, providing hands-on support to your hiring managers and recruitment colleagues.
